Ways to Volunteer!

Can you help set-up and attend tables at HOSPITALITY EVENTS such as the BOOK FAIR, Grade Level AWARD CEREMONIES, or EOY Activities? Volunteers are needed to greet, help with sign-in and provide directions. Select the dates and times you can help - 2 people are needed for each time block.

Can you help set-up tables, sell snacks and refreshments at
The CAAFe during the 2026-2027 Production Season? Select the dates and times you can help - 3 people are needed for each time block. Report time to set-up:
The CAAFe is 4:30 p.m. and is open for sales 5:15 p.m.- 5:50 p.m. at production season events.

Can you volunteer from home? These interests can support The CAAF and The Board's work remotely. Select what works for you.

Can you help a fellow volunteer or faculty/staff person?
Smaller tasks take on average 30-45 minutes.
